We ask that you first try and repair the issue yourself or with the help of your House Facilities Officer. If your House Facilities Officer can’t help you, please use this form for additional assistance.

Submit a Maintenance Request via the Online Portal

If you’re having trouble submitting the form, you may need to go to “View Another Unit” on the sidebar, then select the unit you’re currently living in and try again. This normally happens if you have moved rooms or houses within the SHC.
